    Our Online Help utility is sophisticated and second to none. It's designed to give you all the help you need at your fingertips. You can also take comfort in knowing that there will be a real-live person available when you need one. Training manuals are useful, but when you need that little extra help to set up and administer a test quickly or to get that critical report formatted just so, you can always call us for help.
  • Personalized GoToMeeting® sessions and Webinars

    We use the GoToMeeting service to conduct on-the-fly or scheduled presentations with your key staff members to instruct or review key EADMS usage. This also allows us to collaborate with you on report customization or to discuss assessment set-up or results while both looking at the same screen of data. Our set of Webinars provides step-by-step instructions with EADMS trainers that can be checked out and viewed by any of your users anytime, anywhere.
  • Frequent enrollment & demographic updates—as often as needed

    Most of our customers deal with frequent student movement into and out of classrooms, sites, and the district. In order to keep reports as accurate as possible and account for every enrolled student, EADMS is equipped with an automated enrollment update module. We can update your data as often as necessary. Our update module is compatible with all student enrollment and information systems. Once it's set up, it's automatic!
